Service is what the "S" in SRI stands for and we take supporting our clients with great service very seriously. Unlike other companies with out-sourced "help desks" or massive support centers, SRI does support in house knowing it is a key part of the SRI difference. Our staff has the knowledge needed to help you, and just as important the ability to work with systems directly, so that you can be sure your issue does not need to wait hours (or days!) to be "escalated" up the chain.
